曜曜日月，灏灏太虚。日月盈昃,汇于乾坤之间；宇宙洪荒，辟于混浊之初。于是万邦共处，佑于万众苍生；千族并存，赖以亿方膏壤。国无大小，人无贵贱；地域有界，行者无疆。世原一家，何以拓土为业；地本一族，焉以开疆为王。天地有其度，圣贤道其常。命运以为共，天下以为襄。其宁惟久，其道亦彰。天地与之共理，日月与之同光。

盖闻古往今来曰世，上下四方曰界。 混浊之初，日月不怠。悠悠乎千万年前一物种，冥冥乎百万年前一同伦。血缘连以异国姻，人脉通而殊族婚。天下熙熙，皆众戚也；天下攘攘，悉众亲也。饮于一球水，呼于一球气，照于一太阳，沐于一太阴。同居一村，焉以相煎；本为一家，何以互吞。天泽不以邦远，地惠不以邻近。开牗同拂东西风, 心无界；仰首共瞻南北斗, 情无垠。千古相承兮焉有尔吾之说，万邦共荣兮何有疆土之界，亿众同享兮岂有地域之分。是故一国盛福及友邦，一邦衰殃及邻睦。造福一方，利及万众彪炳于一域；施爱全球，功在亿兆名垂于千古。美哉，水绕城，城依国，山水一体，江河为母；乾坤一体，天地为父。上承天庭之经纬；下合地舆之四履。橄榄枝施于人间，和平鸽唱于天宇。蒸蒸焉世漫祥氛，煦煦焉民有安富。四大洋载舟同航，五大洲携手并驱。壮哉，天行健而煌煌，地势坤而炳炳。世属当今苍生，世属千秋民众。民乐其乐，国盛其盛。则人类幸甚，全球幸甚，微风不才，感而咏之。乃诗曰：
